Invoicing for businesses that sell to businesses.

Your catalog, each client’s prices and terms, and who still owes you, in one place on your iPad.

How it works

From your price sheet to getting paid.

Add what you sell, set what each client pays, invoice on their terms, and see who still owes you.

01

Bring in your catalog

Save the spreadsheet you already keep in Excel or Numbers as a CSV, then choose it. Catalogi shows what will change before anything is saved, and products you already have are left as they are.

02

Set what each client pays

Put each client on a price list: a percentage off, or special prices for single products. Their invoices use those prices, and each line shows when a price isn’t the catalog price.

03

Issue the invoice

Add products and the total keeps up. Issuing gives the invoice its number, which is never changed or reused. Then preview and print it, or share the PDF.

04

See who owes you

Every invoice waits in Unpaid until it’s paid, with overdue ones first. Swipe one to mark it paid.
